While handing over the product we will need a photo copy of your ID proof. Just to ensure your product isn’t handed to the wrong hands, So keep it ready.

Pick up & Refund
Once your scheduled pick up date has arrived, the product will be picked up from your door step, your ID Proof will be handed over to you and the security deposit will be refunded soon after that.

- Does the rental duration start from the time of booking?
ANS: No, the rental duration starts from the time of delivery & pick up is scheduled accordingly.
- Which documents are accepted as ID Proof?
ANS: A photo copy of Adahar Card or Driving License or Pan card or Passport must be given during delivery of product.
- Will my ID Proof be returned on completion of rental?
ANS: Yes, you’re ID proof will be returned safely after the completion of rental period.
- Do I get quality tools for rent?
ANS: Yes, all products meet the standards & are quality checked before handed over to you.
- Do I get blades with cutter, jigsaw etc ?
ANS: Yes, one blade is free along with the power tool.
- Do I get drill bit with drill, electric screwdriver etc?
ANS: Yes, one bit is free along with the power tool.
- How is my security deposit amount refunded?
ANS: The security deposit is refunded to the same account after return of the rented product, the same reflects to account within 3-5 business days.
- Will I be charged if I happen to brake the free blade or bit given to me?
ANS: No, Free blade or bit damage is not chargeable.
- What am I supposed to do if I get wrong or damaged product?
ANS: All products are quality checked before delivery, however if you happen to encounter any such errors, then you need to mail your order id & problem you faced at email@example.com or call the customer care for support. The product will be exchanged within 24hrs.
- Can the delivery & pick up address be different?
ANS: No, the delivery & pick up address cannot be different, the product will be picked only from the address it was delivered to.
